Self-care and Wellness: Free Yoga at the Beach

GMAC presents a day of self-care and wellness by offering FREE Yoga at the Beach.

This is in honor of mental health awareness month. As nurses we deal with stressful situations day in and out. Therefore, sometimes we need time to get away clear our mind, body, and soul. What better way than on the beach where we can soak in the sun and fresh air as we pose.

Bring your own towel and yoga mat. GMAC will provide water and snack for the attendees.
